Restrepo the award winning documentary film by Tim Hetherington, and Sebastian Junger. Hetherington who was killed in Libya, has now become more popular as people grew curious about what it is all about.
Restrepo is the name of a solider and an outpost in Afghanistan, (which was named after him) and the title of the documentary. It chronicled the lives of the soldiers from day to day for year. Hetherington won the Sundance Film Festival for Best Documentary Film.
Aside from this recognition, Hetherington‘s photo and films earned world wide acclaim because of their genuineness.
