Prayer before Class

We are gathered all here once again to acquire knowledge.

Dear Lord, allow us to learn new things with an open mind, and make us retain these so we could use them to spread the good word of Your salvation.

Let the Holy Spirit come down upon us all so that we may imbibe the lessons well while interacting amiably with one another.

Let Your Divine Presence be felt by the teacher and the students so that a friendly atmosphere is created where everyone sees You, in every person, he/she interacts with.

When we go out of our classroom, may you bless us with wisdom and love so we could apply the things that we learned to help other people.

Bless everyone who is not here with us today, our family, friends, and all people around the world that they could feel Your generosity and omnipresence in their lives.

May You grant this prayer before class we are offering.

We ask all these in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and our Savior.

Amen.
