X Factor UK Winner, James Arthur, Gains Unprecedented Sales for Debut Single “Impossible”

X Factor UK winner, James Arthur, has earned unprecedented sales of more than 200.000 copies for his debut single “Impossible.” This would surely make the single No. 1 on UK Billboard Charts.

James Arthur, 24, who says he is from “a wee seaside town called saltburn by the sea,” has won against runner-up Jahmene Douglas in the recently concluded X Factor UK TV singing competition.

James, who had captured the hearts of many viewers with his originality and unique brand of music, has gained great popularity.

He has already a staggering 1,263,822 number of followers on Twitter, and 86,369 friends on Facebook. This is just within the few months of his stint as a contestant, and eventually, a winner on the X Factor UK 2012 Show.

James Arthur performed recently at G.A.Y., and he thanked the audience for their amazing reception.

“LOVED performing at G.A.Y. last night. Great crowd. Thanks for the amazing reception!”

He also invited fans – who haven’t yet bought “Impossible” – to do so now. “Impossible” is available on iTunes.

Meanwhile, Ella Henderson, another X Factor contestant, amazed the crowd on “The Saturday Night Show” with her rendition of “Silent Night.” Ella and James were the favorites to win the show before Ella was shockingly eliminated on Week 7.

James Arthur would surely succeed in his singing career after his success on the X Factor UK 2012 show.
