Tate Stevens, X Factor’s USA 2012 winner, will perform on New Year’s Eve Live on Fox at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Lighthouse would perform with Tate Stevens, reportedly.
Tate Stevens’ victory against runner-up, Carly Rose Sonenclar, has been expected by many because of his popularity throughout the competition.
Audience can expect Tate Stevens to croon those country music Christmas songs, just like Scotty McCreery and Phillip Phillips do.
Tate, however, has the advantage because he was recently crowned as X Factor USA 2012 winner. His performance of “Pontoon” during the Grand Finale was a blast, making almost everyone tap their feet to the tempo.
He asked his fans recently:
“Should my first single be fast or slow? Let me know what you think!”
