Legendary Rock Band, Journey, has extended their condolences to Cory Monteith’s family.
It can be recalled that Cory Monteith, Lea Michele and the cast of Glee gave homage to Journey in one of their episodes, singing the bands greatest hits, such as, “Don’t Stop Believin’.”
Reportedly, Glee’s cover of “Don’t Stop Believin” has been their number 1 hit to date, with the song becoming the “Most Downloaded Song” for Journey for this decade.
On Journey’s Facebook account, this was posted:
“Cory Monteith’s iconic performance of “Don’t Stop Believin” was a game changer, and we are honored to be part of his legacy. Our hearts go out to his family and friends.”
Journey band members are Lead Vocalist – Arnel Pineda, Lead Guitarist – Neal Schon, Bass Guitarist – Ross Valory, and Drummer – Deen Castronovo.
