Jessica Sanchez: Homecoming Schedule in Chula Vista, California Includes Eastlake High

Jessica Sanchez’s homecoming schedule in Chula Vista, California includes a mini-concert in Eastlake High School on Saturday, May 12, as revealed by international news, May 11, 2012.

The grand homecoming takes place as part of her Top 3 American Idol 2012 activity.

According to reports, Cheryl Cox, Mayor of Chula Vista, said:

“Our community is thrilled to welcome home Jessica – she is already Chula Vista’s Idol. Her amazing talent and accomplishments are deserving of this grand celebration. We are so proud of her.”

The city prepared a whole-day activity for the 16 year-old Top 3 American Idol finalist. It would start with a parade at 10:15, starting from Otay Lakes Road through Olympic Parkway en route to Eastlake High. The concert will start at 11:30 a.m.

Reportedly, Jessica’s short concert at the Eastlake High will be at the Titan Football Stadium.

A U.S.S. Midway Museum show is also scheduled in the afternoon at 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

People who would like to watch should board the U.S.S. from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. because it is limited only to the first 3,500 people, reports say.

The other two American Idol 2012 hopefuls will also visit their own hometowns; Phillip Phillip will go home to Leesburg, Georgia. Joshua Ledet will have a hero’s welcome in Westlake, Louisiana.
