Neil Perez is exactly what women tag as “tall, dark and handsome” and oozing with sex appeal. He won over 43 countries with his charisma and warm personality. He’s presently connected with the PNP-AVSEGROUP.

During an interview, he has expressed his sadness over the death of the Fallen44, saying that he has been training together with some of them. He also dedicated his efforts to them.

So, his victory over Lebanon, Rabih El Zein 1st Runner Up, and Czechoslavakia, Tomáš Dumbrovský, 2nd Runner Up is timely for the Pinoy cops, who are now obviously experiencing low morale due to the Fallen44 in the Mamasapano tragedy.

The other winners are: Poland – 3rd Runner Up, Slovenia – 4th Runner up, Korea – Most Stylish, Mr. Photogenic – Japan, Colombia – Mr. Congeniality, and Bahamas – Best in National Costume.

Apparently, the Mr. International judges were impressed with Neil Perez and awarded him the crown. Neil was impressed too by South Korea’s cleanliness and peace and order situation, saying that because the place was so peaceful, he had not seen a single cop on the street.

Congratulations, Gwuapulis! Mabuhay ka.
