MANILA, Philippines – ASAP 18 featured the superb performance of Journey’s lead vocalist, Arnel Pineda, international pop star, Charice, Mr. Total Performer, Gary Valenciano, Diva, Zsa Zsa Padilla, and popular balladeer, Martin Nievera.
Their performances were tributes to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson.

It was one awesome performance by the talented singers. Martin Nievera performed “Ben”, while Charice and Zsa Zsa Padilla sang “You Are Not Alone.” Charice demonstrated her powerful vocals by nailing the highest pitch of the song. No wonder, her local and international fans admire her singing prowess so much.
Arnel Pineda and Gary Valenciano had a duet too in the Michael Jackson’s Tribute, with the song, “She’s out of My Life.” The talented singers blended well, with Gary ululating perfectly with Arnel’s melodic tones.
It is amazing how Arnel could switch seamlessly from a rock star vocal sound to a balladeer’s voice. These two extraordinary artists should sing together more often.
The Michael Jackson Tribute was a smashing success with the icons in the music industry singing together as one.
