BTS’ Jimin collaboration with BIGBANG’s Taeyang achieved remarkable feats in the music industry. The collaboration song has set so many records that are worth mentioning.
As of January 21, here are the phenomenal achievements of Vibe by Taeyang featuring Jimin. The post will be updated once the Billboard charts come out on Monday and Tuesday (January 23 and January 24).

1. VIBE debuted at #1 on the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart, and remained in its position for 2 days. As of January 21 (9 days after release), the song is still charting at Top #14.
2. VIBE debuted at #1 US iTunes.
3. VIBE of Taeyang and Jimin also debuted at #1 on European iTunes.
4. VIBE debuts at #4 on the UK Official Singles Chart, becoming the first highest-charting K-pop song of 2023.
5. VIBE debuted at #12 with 3.5+ million streams on Spotify Global Charts, and is at #32 with 16+ million streams as of January 21.
6. The VIBE MV garnered 22 million views in its first 24 hours on YouTube. This makes the song the most viewed Korean MV for its first 24 hours. VIBE also earned the #1 YouTube trend in its first 24 hours.
As of January 21 (9 days after its release), VIBE ft. Jimin has gained 55 million views on YouTube, and is still trending at #4 on YouTube music.
According to YouTube stats, VIBE debuted at #4 on YouTube’s Global Top Song Charts with 38.7 million streams. It is also in the Top #3 of the Top Music Videos Chart garnering 33.5 million views.

9. VIBE has sold more than 60,000 copies on China’s Biggest Digital music platform, QQ Music as of January 14, and copies are still currently being sold.
VIBE continues to break records and is expected to chart on the Billboard 200 and Hot 100 charts next week.
