Manny Pacquiao, the present congressman of Sarangani Province in the Philippines, had been knocked out cold by Mexican boxer, Juan Manuel Marquez, during the 6th round of their 5th encounter.

Since then, boxing aficionados are still wondering if the Best Pound for Pound Boxer has still what it takes to resurrect himself from that downfall. Could he do that with his fight with Brandon Rios?

The Top 10 celebrities in the list are Oprah Winfrey, Lady Gaga, Steven Spielberg, Beyonce Knowles, Madonna, Taylor Swift, Bon Jovi, Roger Federer, Justin Bieber, and Ellen DeGeneres. Singer Jennifer Lopez came in 12th and X Factor big-wig Simon Cowell, 17th.

An American Idol alumna, Carrie Underwood, is at 46th, while Twilight star, Kristen Stewart, is at 70th.

Previous top ranking celebrity, Jennifer Lopez, is now at No. 12 on “The World’s Most Powerful Celebrities 2013” list.

Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. are the only boxers who made it to the list; and Pacquiao is the only Asian who made it to this prestigious list.
