Hollie Cavanagh said that she was excited to be in the Philippines, and that she has high expectations from the event.
Jessica Sanchez when asked about rumors that she is being considered for Miss Saigon, disclosed that no one has approached her yet, but if someone does, then she would be honored.
Jessica also revealed that it was her first time in the country, and she would like to experience home-cooked versions of her favorite Filipino foods “sinigang” and “lumpia.”
Phillip Phillips was his same unassuming self, so modest about winning American Idol. It was Phillip Phillips’ birthday today, as well, so he was greeted by everyone. He expressed his delight in performing for his Pinoy fans.
Colton Dixon talked about his upcoming album “Never Gone,” which would be released on his birthday, October 19, 2012. He will be 21.
Heejun Han said “Mahal kita,” which means “I love you,” showing he learned something Filipino on his first day.
The American Idol finalists ended the interview by inviting their fans to their September 21 concert at Smart Araneta Coliseum.
