MANILA, Philippines – Online voting and texting for the X Factor Philippines’ contestants are still ongoing until this evening, Sunday, August 12. The announcement of the eliminated contestant will be on the X Factor Results Show, tonight, August 12, 2012.
To vote you can follow this online procedure, or use texts by typing the codes for each contestant, and sending it to 231 for Smart and Talk N Text, or to 2331 for Globe, TM, and Sun Cellular.

Who would be in the bottom 2? If viewers would base their votes on the contestants’ performances yesterday, Modesto would not be eliminated, because he earned the only standing ovation for the night.
