Jessica Sanchez, slayed Mariah’s “My All,” crooned Michael’s “I’ll Be There” and belted Steven’s “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing.”
The 16 yr-old Top 3 American Idol finalist sang the songs as good as the original singers that the audience erupted into a warm applause afterwards.
Jessica had an outstanding performance despite an existing sore throat, which she had tweeted to fans earlier. Will she be the youngest American Idol winner, and the female winner after 4 years of male dominance?
